The hill fort is located on a highland cape, located at the junction of river Neris and Slena stream. The hill fort is overgrown with deciduous trees and pines. The eastern part of the hill fort site has collapsed into the Neris, erosion is still rapidly occurring along the entire length of the hill fort. An impressive 33 m high Andruskoniai outcrop has been formed.
